Cashew Butter Dipping Sauce

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 6


1 cup cashew butter

1/2 cup water

1 T lemon juice

2 T maple syrup

1 T tamari

1/2 t toasted sesame oil

1 small clove garlic

1 T fresh ginger, grated

1/2 t salt

1/4 t cayenne pepper


1. Place all ingredients in blender, holding back half of the water, and process on high until smooth.

2. Add more water until you like the consistency.

3. Adjust seasoning to taste.

4. Will keep in a closed mason jar in the fridge for up to a week.
