Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Prep time: 5 mins

Serves: 1 large or 2 small servings 



Ingredients: 


1 cup non-dairy milk (I used Forager brand unsweetened cashew milk)

½ cup canned pumpkin (look for BPA free cans)


2 T. hemp seeds

2 Medjool dates

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 


½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or ¼ tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. ginger and a pinch nutmeg, allspice and cloves)

½ cup ice cubes 


Directions:

1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend on high or until fully blended, about 20-30 seconds.

3. Pour into your favorite smoothie glass and sip with a glass straw.
